Un peu de Sabbio en Normandie

Une nouvelle toile à vous montrer, enfin! Cette toile, à peine terminée, s’est envolée vers la Normandie pour une exposition à la galerie Art’Court. La galerie Art’Court a la volonté de s’inscrire dans l’Année internationale de la  forêt lancée par l’ONU pour 2011… Voilà qui m’a plu immédiatement et profondément. Le thème  de cette exposition collective est « Promenons-nous dans les bois », une interprétation autour du symbolisme de la forêt dans les contes… « Le passage entre deux âges » est donc ma vision de cette symbolique, le rôle de la forêt dans les contes, son rapport à la femme.

Je ne pourrai m’y rendre mais n’hésitez pas à aller découvrir toutes les représentations artistiques de la forêt et son pouvoir à la galerie Art’Court!

A new painting to show you, at last! This painting has just flown to Art’Court gallery, in Normandy.This gallery has chosen the exhibition theme ( « Let’s have a walk in the woods » … a perspective about the symbolism of the forest in fairy tales) to underline the UN « International Forest Year » which, obviously, appeals and means a lot to me!« The passage between two ages » is my representation and feeling about this sybolic role of the forest and its link to feminity.The exhibition will take place from April 30th to June 26th 2011 with an opening night on April 29th.
